Voltaire once said that "perfection is the enemy of the good," and in my work, imperfections are a key element as they stimulate the mind and allow for the miracle of enigma to enter. I seek beauty in the amorphous and, throughout a constant exploration of the balance difficult to find between the abstract and the figurative, form and content, the intangible and the material. My aim is to channel experiences, memories, fears, and desires, the very ingredients with which dreams are constructed.

My artistic universe is enriched with cultural elements, primarily from Cuba and Mexico, which are merged to create a new language of forms, lines, tones, and contrasts. Shadowy figures, interlaced with vibrant colors, create a perfect blending between light and darkness, the grotesque and the seductive. My works are developed from within, emerging from personal stories and emotions, serving as mirrors that invite others to embark on a journey of self-discovery.
